after 2 weeks work with Ludovic, Felipe, Arun Gupta, and Rochele...and natg.

and this is my screen capture to prove that Eclipse with Glassfish can run on Ubuntu Linux.
my work around
dont install eclipse in your /home if your /home is different partition, eclipse have bugs to copy the compiled binary of your project to glassfish.
i will try several combination, and will update this blogs again soon, to make people dont replicate what i did
